The highly anticipated Food & Hotel Asia – Food & Beverage (FHA-F&B) event officially opened yesterday, reaffirming its position as Asia’s premier international food and beverage platform. With an expected 65,000 attendees from both local and international markets, FHA-F&B is set to once again unite industry professionals, culinary innovators, and industry leaders under one roof.

Held as a four-day event from 8–11 April 2025, the tradeshow was inaugurated by Mr. Alvin Tan, Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, who highlighted Singapore’s product excellence and resilience during times of trade crisis. While being supported by a strong network with other countries, Singapore will need to remain agile and open to change and opportunities.

This year, over 70 local suppliers and farmers have come together at the tradeshow to underscore Singapore’s commitment to fostering a resilient food ecosystem. Additionally, more than 120 Australian exhibitors are featured at the Country of Honour Austrade Pavilion, showcasing the long-standing Australia-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

Spread across the next three days through 11 April 2025, the trade event will see nearly 40 seminars from 65 thought leaders, new competitions such as Zero Mixology Challenge, Individual Challenge Culinary and Patisserie and more.
